Czarneski is the President and Founder of DAC Realty
Group, Inc., which was formed in 1987. Since that time the
real estate professionals at the firm, led by Mr. Czarneski, have
completed over $600 million dollars in sales, leasing and financing
transactions on a variety of real estate assets. Prior to the
forming of DAC Realty Group, Inc., Mr. Czarneski was an Associate
Vice President with CB Richard Ellis in their Houston office.
During his 12-year tenure at the firm, Mr. Czarneski ranked within
the top 5 sales producers in the Houston Galleria Office for 9 out
of 12 years. His total production volume during that period
totaled over $500 million in the sale and leasing of commercial real
estate.

Bob Christy is
the Vice President of DAC Realty Group, Inc., and has been
with the company since 1999. Mr. Christy is responsible for
all facets of commercial brokerage including listing, sales,
financing, management and business brokerage. Bob's client
base includes local, national and international investors. Prior to joining
DAC Realty Group, Inc., Mr. Christy was the Vice President and
Director of Operations for Labor Force, Inc., that had a network of
46 offices throughout the United States. Mr. Christy also
served as Operations Manager for SCA Sales, Inc., a retailer with 28
locations in the Greater Houston Area.
